A specification of a system should be refined so as to meet
stakeholders' requirements as much as possible,
because the fist specification does not satisfy all stakeholders
in general.
We have explored a procedure to solve such a problem
through an experience for specifying
Web Based Conference Support System.
We reports the implication from the experience.
