Multimedia contents and Internet are widely used in lectures. Real time lecture recording and their libraries are realized in various situations. Many lecture recording systems have been already developed and some products are also provided. On the other hand, there are several styles of lectures and usages of libraries, so the fixed given products does not satisfy users’ needs. We develop a new lecture recording system according to the following requirements: 1) open source, 2) easy to use, 3) it does not need special playback software, 4) it is possible to edit the recorded lectures.
