要求工学ワーキンググループにおける研究成果の1つとして，
要求工学における品質特性の測定に関する報告を行う．
本稿では特に，要求仕様書を測定対象として，
要求仕様書自体の特性と，
開発されるソフトウェア製品の特性を定量的に評価・予測するための
方法についての考察をまとめた．
仕様書自体の特性はIEEEの標準規格の記述に基づき，
製品の特性は非機能要求に基づいた．
We report the results of the discussion
for measuring the quality characteristics of
requirements engineering.
We especially focus on both the characteristics
of a software requirements specification itself,
and the characteristics of a software product developed
based on the specification.
We explore what to measure a software requirements specification
for specifying these characteristics.
