ソフトウェア開発，特に要求獲得では，
立場や専門の相異なる作業者が合意形成を行なうが，
そのためには互いの認識を一致させることが必要となる．
本稿では，そのような作業を支援する場合の1つの方向性として，
共同作業過程における行動分析に基づいた
認識の不一致を検出方法について議論する．
In software development processes, especially in the upper stream,
the participants, normally their specialties and backgrounds are different,
at least should have mutual understanding with each other
before coming to an agreement.
In this paper,
I discuss a method for detecting their misunderstandings
by observing their interaction processes.
