Integrated Science Program

About This Program

Established in 2006, this new program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that cuts across the boundaries of the four existing departments to ensure a well-rounded education that combines broad knowledge of the sciences with exposure to the liberal arts. During the first two years, students acquire a firm grounding in mathematics, physics, information science and other natural sciences. During the last two years they are assigned to specific laboratories within one of the four departments, where they pursue more specialized study.
